Garanti Bank sourced a syndicated loan of USD 1.3 Billion with two segments and a term of 367 days. According to the Garanti Bank statement, for the loan made up of two segments, USD 626 Million and Euro 615.5 Million, to be used in financing of foreign trade, 34 banks from 15 countries participated. Statement made at KAP by the Garanti Bank was as follows: "Syndicated loan agreement for a total of USD 1.30 Billion comprising two segments of USD 626,000,000 and Euro 615,500,000 Euro with a term of 367 days was signed on 23rd November 2016. Total cost of the loan sourced by the participation of 34 banks from 15 countries and to be used in financing of foreign trade was Libor + 1.10% and Euribor + 1.00% respectively."
