8th Public Private Partnership (PPP) in Turkey Forum, organized by EEL Events for which TEBA will be the media partner, aiming to gather many competent persons and companies from public and private sector that have engaged in PPP projects of the Republic of Turkey, will be held at Sheraton Hotel in Ankara on November 13-14, 2019. In such forum which will be organized under the strategic sponsorship of Clifford Chance and Yegin Law Offices Partnership, Garanti Bank Gold Sponsorship, BTY’s Bronze Sponsorship and support of İs Bankası and DEIK, sectoral project execution such as health, transportation, energy, municipality, water and waste management in which PPP Model is applied primarily in Turkey, expectations and legal regulations will be addressed in detail. In the Forum, the issues of minimizing (insuring) risks involved in PPP Projects and PPP Development Plan to be executed by the public sector in the near future will be addressed and the ultimate status in Projects carried into effect in the field of health, transportation and renewable energy, lessons to be drawn and matters needed to be developed on legal ground will be discussed among and by the officials of experienced companies of the private sector. Eventually, assessment will be made as to PPP Projects planned in Turkey from the perspective of investors.
