An announcement has been made by Rönesans Holding, sponsor of Ministry of Health's Public Private Partnership (PPP) model Yozgat, Adana, Elazığ, Bursa and İstanbul Başakşehir City hospitals that in city hospitals, only soft services like cleaning, security, catering, laundry, sterilization, patient companion, data input of city hospitals were transferred to Danish ISS. 

In the announcement of Rönesans Holding, it is said,

"Rönesans Sağlık Yatırım (RSY) has sucessfully completed Yozgat, Adana, Elazığ, Bursa ve İstanbul Başakşehir City hospitals as investor by using foreign financiers without using local financing sources. 

In city hospitals, many services like catering, laundry, repair maintenance have been transferred to foreign companies within the coverage of the contract. Rönesans İşletme Hizmetleri (RIH) was founded in 2015 for realizing these services. Rönesans İşletme Hizmetleri has been assigned as service supplier in Yozgat, Adana, Elazığ and Bursa City hospitals by our investor companies.

Because of Market Test (re-tendering of related services at every five years to be carried out next year (2022), Rönesans, whose expertise and contribution are limited, has decided to cooperate with ISS Tesis Yönetimi Hizmetleri A.Ş. (ISS), world giant and leader company of the sector in services like cleaning, security, catering, sterilization for supporting the competition and sustainability. Subject services are planned to be made by two individual companies in the new structure.  

Within this context, soft services like cleaning, security, catering, laundry, sterilization, patient companion, data input of city hospitals were transferred to Danish ISS, medical support services of critical importance for hospitals and technical services like building maintenance and repair will continue to be maintained by Rönesans on the basis of their international experiences of this nature."

As it might be recalled, confirmation of the Board of Competition was obtained for transferring teh shares of Rönesans Sağlık Yatırım Anonim Şirketi ve Şam Yapı Anonim Şirketi,  Rönesans İşletme Hizmetleri Danışmanlığı A.Ş. to  Danish ISS Tesis Yönetim Hizmetleri A.Ş. TEBA:2024/ June 25, 2021.
