2. BEST For Energy Summit
The summit will be held on 17-18 October 2024 at the Izmir Economic Congress Building...
The second “BEST For Energy Summit-Clean Energy Summit” within the scope of the BEST For Energy Project, financed within the framework of the financial partnership of the European Union and the Republic of Turkey and completed in 2023 after a successful implementation process of 3 years, in cooperation with the Energy Industrialists and Businessmen Association (ENSIA) and the Izmir Development Agency, will be held on October 17-18, 2024 at the Izmir Economic Congress Building. Within the scope of the summit, participants will share information and experience on the importance of clustering in the clean energy sector, support for R&D studies and the global supply chain. The last registration date for the summit is October 15, 2024, and the following topics will be discussed at the summit: Global Challenges in the Wind Energy Supply Chain, Green Transformation of Cities, Is the Future of Green Transformation in Solar Energy?, Is Green Hydrogen Possible?. The BEST For Energy Project focused on developing the capacities of companies that are in the clean energy and clean technology value chain and want to focus on this field in line with the cluster strategy, increasing their investments and exports, improving regional competitiveness and strengthening cooperation among stakeholders. Within the scope of the project, the institutional capacity of ENSIA as a cluster organization will be increased to the next level, and the project, which started in the third quarter of 2020 and will be carried out for 3 years, had a budget of 2.89 million Euros.
