Under the Istanbul Seismic Risk Mitigation and Emergency Preparedness Project (ISMEP), the Istanbul Project Coordination Unit (IPCU) announced a consultancy tender (AF-AIIB-CB3) for the design of the 1,600-bed Bakırköy Health Campus in the Official Gazette dated March 25, 2025. The Bakırköy Health Campus will consist of a total of 1,600 beds, including a 1,000-bed Psychiatry Hospital and a 600-bed Maternity (including Pediatrics and Neurology) Hospital. The facility will feature seismic isolation devices on 99 beds. The building will be designed in accordance with the green building concept, and the design projects will comply with green building certification standards. The duration of the project will be 20 months. The final application deadline is May 6, 2025: The deadline for tender applications is set for May 6, 2025. The expression of interest dossier, which must be prepared in English, should be submitted in both printed and digital copies by cargo or hand delivery to the address below by 16:00 local time on the final application date.
