Tekfen İnşaat, a subsidiary company of Tekfen Holding, one of the prominent contracting companies in Turkey having successfully completed a number of projects abroad has disclosed that the agreement has been signed in the tender of which the company won the contract in Qatar. The disclosure made by Tekfen Holding to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) is quoted as follows: “Tekfen İnşaat ve Tesisat A.Ş., one of our subsidiary companies has signed the contract with Chiyoda Technip Joint Venture (CTJV) for the general works of Common Offsites-2 within the scope of the North Field East Onshore Project EPC-1 package. The size of the contract is around US$ 384.4 million according to the given acreage.” As will be recalled, Tekfen had disclosed that the company won the contract in the tender and the final size of the contract would be disclosed upon signing of the agreement TEBA:2047/ December 9, 2021 Tekfen İnşaat had also previously won the contract in the tender for Al Khor Expressway access roads announced by the Development Works Administration of Qatar (Ashgal) at a contract amount of 48 million Qatar Rials (approx. $ 150 million) TEBA:1972/ June 19, 2020
